Plastic surgery is an important part of modern life.
It is not just for the wealthy.
A new study shows that the Philippines has the largest number of plastic surgeons per capita in the world.
That’s a fact that makes the country one of the most expensive countries to get plastic surgery in.
According to the International Federation of Gynecological Surgeons, the Philippines ranked 10th out of 34 countries in the 2013 edition of its global plastic surgeon survey.
And that’s without considering other plastic surgeries that the country offers.
Plastic surgeons in the country are also among the top 10 per capita earners in the U.S. But a new study published in the International Journal of Gynecol Surgery says that the Philippine government doesn’t have the money to make cosmetic surgery affordable for the average Filipino.
The study, conducted by the International Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Philippine Institute of Plastic Surgery, looked at how plastic surgeons in other countries were treating the needs of their patients.
It found that many countries provide free or discounted surgery for low-income Filipinos.
So why the Philippines doesn’t offer the same service to its low-earning population?
According to Dr. J.R. Pascual, director of the Philippine Society of Gynaecology, the problem is that the government doesn.
In the country’s new government, which took office in 2016, the government has decided to make surgery free for the poor.
PASCUALO: If we have a problem with the government, then the government will fix it.
PASCOQUIO: But the problem isn’t the government.
It’s the poor, who are the ones who are getting the procedure and who don’t have enough resources to afford it.
So they don’t do it because they don “want it,” PASCULO: But that’s why the study says the government is not doing enough.
That it is a problem.
If the government could give away the money for cosmetic surgery, it would be a huge help.
The problem is, the people who are most at risk for complications are those who have had surgeries before, said Dr. David Pasculao, an orthopedic surgeon at the University of the Philippines Medical College.
He added that the surgery itself costs too much, which he said can be a major barrier to getting a plastic surgery appointment.
But if you are looking at the population, it is very, very, important that you understand that the majority of the population in the United States are poor, said Pasculo.
He said it’s a common belief among Filipinos that the plastic surgery industry is not that much for them.
PISCOPICO: You’re a surgeon, right?
You don’t need a degree to do the surgery.
But it is expensive.
PASCULLO: There are a lot of factors that go into this.
I think it is because of the environment in which they live.
I mean, in the last 30 years, the number of Filipinos has increased by more than 2 million.
So we have had a lot more immigrants, a lot less jobs, a bigger population, so there is a lot to look at.
And there is also a lack of training in the plastic surgeon profession, and so there has not been much training in this field in the Philippine context.
PISACULLO : It is because the government in the past, in a lot, have done things that have not been good for the community, said K.K. R. Dang, a plastic surgeon at Manila’s University of Medical Sciences.
There has been a lot that has not gone well.
For example, the practice of gynecological procedures, which is very important to the Filipino population, is being completely cut.
The government has not really done a good job of training doctors and surgeons.
The plastic surgery profession has been in the hands of some very bad surgeons, and some of them have done some really poor surgeries.
They have been in charge of a large number of procedures.
So, it’s difficult to train and to get proper medical education for the plastic surgeons.
DANG: If you are a plastic surgeons, you want to get the best.
You want to know that you can make a difference.
PISA study finds Philippines top in U.K., Japan in obesity rankings The study looked at the prevalence of obesity and waist circumference in the entire population in each of the countries that it examined.
The United Kingdom was the only country in the top five, and it had the highest number of obese adults.
But the Philippines topped the list for waist circumference, with a prevalence of more than 35.
The U.R., Japan and the Philippines had the lowest waist circumference.
The Philippines also has the highest prevalence of diabetes and high blood pressure.
POCALO: It’s very challenging to get into plastic surgery.
You have to go to hospitals, which can be very expensive.
And you have to get
